Yoga Netherlands classes are based on anatomy, body mechanics, and functional movement, and are safe and effective for all ages and skill levels. We focus on improving balance⁣, building strength⁣, and increasing flexibility and mobility of the joints through full range of motion⁣. All offerings are available in-person or online.
