Private yoga and functional movement lessons - online or in-person

Are you new to yoga? Does the thought of joining a studio class intimidate you? Do you have questions about a particular ailment that you would like extra, personal attention on?  Would you like to deepen your practice, with one-on-one attention, in the comfort of your own home? Then private yoga lessons may be exactly what you’re looking for… All offerings are given in English and are available online, so we can work together from anywhere in the world: The Netherlands, Europe, the USA.


How this works

First, we will have 15-minute phone consultation to discuss why you are looking to start private yoga lessons, any aches or pains you may be experiencing, and what you hope to get out of our time together. I want to make sure that we are a good match for one another.

Next, we will have your FREE one-hour introductory session in your home or online via Zoom. During our first lesson, we will move through some very simple and safe postures to assess where you are at and discuss any ailments or discomforts you are experiencing. This will be our focus in the coming weeks.

After the session, we will develop a plan to work together with private yoga sessions that are suited specifically to your body and your schedule.

Private or small group tailor-made [online] Yoga Session - €32/hour
*30-minute sessions are possible so you can fit them in through out your work week

Private or small-group tailor-made [in-home] Yoga Session - €56/hour

Each private lesson is carefully curated so my clients get the most out of our time together and we address their specific needs. I want my clients to see long-lasting results, and unfortunately, that does not happen in one or two sessions. Building strength and improving mobility takes time, but it’s worth it!

Private clients will receive a link to the recorded class with both my screen and yours visible, so you can review the class, check out your posture as we move through the class, and track your progress over time.
